why hasn't anyone started a "I have been ripped off by Lee Kinney Group" in Facebook?

If fired radio DJ can get their job back by creating a group and getting a lot of people to join, I don't see why we can't do the same with this Lee Kinney guy?
posting threads like this will get pushed off to the second or third page, by that time everyone would have forgotten all about it, where as a Facebook broup will be more permanent, beside this board might get a hundred viewings a day, where Facebook is visited by millions of people, may be a lawyer or a judge might see and is willing to help out.
