You do your research and decide if you can risk it. You all obviously didn't dig very deep, or you didn't care then. Guess what? You can't suddenly change your mind after you've sent off your baby to a guy you KNEW was going to take a long time to do anything. You made your beds, now lie in them.
I also find it quite amusing how every one of you wants him to sell all his shit and send money to you to make up for being late or not finishing your project yet. Where the hell does this notion come from? I know for a fact that none of you fucksticks would sell off your precious trinkets and junk to make good on a debt right when someone told you to. What makes you think Lee will? I mean honestly, that's just retarded.
And in closing I'd like to add:
By making this huge shitstorm you have removed whatever vestige of care he'd have had about his reputation. Your "wake up call" is really only serving to make the man give even less of a shit what happens with you all's projects than ever before. I mean really. If you're all successful and his reputation is forever ruined, why would he have any incentive whatsoever to do your work? Class action lawsuit? Riiiiight. Small claims court? Can't get blood from a turnip, if he folds the company you're all SOL. You can sue him in civil court, but he can counter sue and you'd both likely end up losing something (like a lot of money for the lawyer fucks).
Frustration I can see, but these big outbursts don't do anything at all to help your cause, and instead do damage to it. I guess if you want to get well and truly fucked instead of just delayed, go right ahead and have your pity parties as often as you can.
