BTW, Love the site. A little disappointing to find it about a year back (what? my ideas are already taken?) but very useful since then. But that matrix question has been nagging me for probably 3 months now.
And i really don't see the issue with the Legion Shocker being "limited ROF" if it still reaches the 15.4 bps cap. I mean, I play with mechs generally, I bunkered nerves with a rental 98... who cares if it's 15.4 bps or 45.1 bps?
