I mean, the lock time would prolly be a bit high and all, so it would be noticeable, but it took me a LOT of practice and an electro with a delrin trigger to outrun the tourny cap on my gun. And even then, I'm barely tapping 16 during a good spurt.
13? I'd buy a gun capped at 13. My current project (almost done modeling!) should be hitting almost 30, but that's just unnecessary. It's all capped anyways. Why not trying to hit a guy on the first shot for once?
