You know if it was a dog, I'd be really upset, but since I see tons of ferral (sp?) cats running around all the time, I gotta say that one less in the world is probably not a bad thing.
And just so none of you take this seriously, I'm totally kidding. This guy should be razor wired to a chair, have each toenail & fingernail torn out with a rusty pair of pliers, have a hot poker stuck through his nut sack, have each ear cut off with a crusty/rustry razor blade (Reservoir Dog style) and then you should soak his feet in gasoline and strike a match.
Or you could just bring back crucifixion (sp? which is terrible for me today).
