it just changes. NOTHING humans could do, including all-out nuclear war, could substantially hurt the earth. humans have been around an incredibly short amount of time compared to the planet. it got hit by a giant freaking metetorite and while it did kill off the dinosaurs, the earth didnt turn into a barren wasteland. nature adapts and changes, it does not cower in fear. thinking that humans could do anything significant to the planet is pure arrogance.
