I installed the ferro rod temporarily for the pictures - the case holds 15-20 matches and the ferro rod. It is as waterproof as the K&M Case (I am sure - but I have not tested it).
I drilled out the bottom for the lanyard and installed it.

I started making the second case - and MAN is this one faster - sjould only take me two hours to to make one now.
