Really what I mean (and I'm probably wrong, as I've only been driving my boosted accord for a couple months) is that sizing properly eliminates the need for a bov, not eliminates surge. I apologize, and *facepalm*, for not clarifying my thoughts. I humbly beg your forgiveness. But really, this little thing looks great, and it's finally something useful, rather than snake oil. If I had a surge problem, this would be my go-to.
