You really should run TDSSKIller (from http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208280684>) and/or Malwarebytes (from http://www.malwarebytes.org/>) while in safe mode. Others have noted the kill instructions at http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-av-guard-online>; follow them.

Alternatively, if you have a backup, reformat that system and restore from your backup.
