double check with them to see how you need confirm ROHS (easy for the parts/boards)
but i would suggest picking up some solder paste, you paste up the boards or pins drop in/on the parts. Set um on a cold(this more important then i thought) griddle or E-skillet, turn on full blast, pull boards once all solder liquefies. let cool, test, ship, ????, profit!
i JUST did some through hole + smd stuff this way. turned out great!
i used chipquik 4300SNL10 for paste. so far so good. but im sure other brands will work just as good!
