I got these some years ago, from a warehouse that had been raided by the feds, shut down, and completely liquidated.
The place was a car dealership of some sort- but they were up to their ears in smuggling and green card counterfeiting.
(Thats all the details I really have...)
I knew the guard who was watching the grounds, and since the place was due to be bulldozed in a few days, several of use were invited unofficially to look the place over and help ourselves to whatever junk was left.
So in a pile of shelving units and wreckage, I found the following bits.
The tap is a 1 1/2inch size. (Its marked.)
The cutting head is a bit of a mystery- I think its for reaming the cylinders on engines.
Its only marking is a name, so I assume it belonged to one of the techs who was arrested.
The rest are a box of starters, and some loose tool handles or somesuch.
I think they're just stripped off a mill or lathe.
Just looking to have my guesses confirmed or denied.
I think the only possibly valuable part is the cutting head...But no idea what its worth.
