I don't see much wrong with it, sorry. I mean, MY high school has a Wikipedia entry, and even though it's not likely to be featured on the front page of WP anytime soon, it's a pretty good and well written (and informative) article.
I understand there's bias against webcomics on WP. Yes, it can be a game to try to keep a page up on there, especially for a comic that's been around for 10 years.
The biggest issue - and I'm trying to be objective here - is that the comic is seen as a "specialty" comic, focused on paintball. That's a pretty big obstacle to overcome, and you can scream notability until you're blue in the face - if the only ones who are looking to talk about WB or interview Doc are other paintball magazines, then there's an issue.
It probably doesn't help matters as to where Doc is located, either; interviewers and such don't particularly like to travel to the Last Frontier to interview a webcomic artist. Maybe at some point the Anchorage Daily News or maybe one of the TV stations up there could do something on Whiteboard - but until they do that - or until they want to do that - little things like not being able to keep a WP article up will probably happen.
I have full respect and appreciation for what Doc does. This isn't his full-time job, and he does stuff that's 100x better than the best crap I've managed to throw out there (and I have thrown it out there, by the way).
That reminds me... I think I need to make a trip over to the shop to put my money where the mouth is.
