You didn't list any reasons to believe it's not running out in the forseeable future.

Production levels are not an indication of remaining oil levels.
Fracking is essentially licking the bowl clean.
We have always known oil levels around the continental US has exceeded the middle east. The USA still (has always) consumes SIGNIFICANTLY more oil from domestic sources than the middle east.
