My host is a local telecom, as well as a data farm for several of the big oil companies. They tend to be a little coarse when it comes to responding to any sort of electronic attack, and will occasionally wind up inadvertently banning access from certain sources.
There's nothing I can do about it, save possibly to switch hosts- however, they've been quite reliable (with notable exceptions) for some 20 years now, and if or when I have to call their help desk, I talk to an english-speaking Alaskan right here in my own time zone, not some guy in an call-center in Bangladesh calling himself "Stu".
My apologies, all I can say is use the proxy for a bit. It usually 'clears up' in a couple of weeks.
