  • I have an all Jackal backend in my GenX...love it to death

Their backblock is about as minimal as it gets w/o getting dangerously thin like the Slik ones. The bolt, pullpin, and cocking rod all match cosmetically. The hammer and valve work well. Personally I would never pay the price for the slight performance gain by having a lighter mass, but I bought a gun used and it had these parts already. I'm driving them on a Nexus ram w/QEVs all powered by a Xonik frame...it's way faster than could ever be useful, but that's how I like 'em...

Oh, and I know most bolts have this now, but the timing slot is my favorite feature of all. Nothing like just dropping a wrench in to make sure that lug's perfect...
