You would be far better off tracking down a "replacement lock set" that has all 4 of the locks you need, all keyed to the same key, and with two or four fresh keys.
And with the key code tag, so if you lose the keys and know the code (encrypt it in your PDA information file for the bike) a Locksmith can punch a fresh key from the code book in mere seconds.
Most of those automotive and cabinet locks use wafer tumblers, and they aren't readily available outside a true Locksmith Supply. And they are fussy to re-key. BT, DT.
There's usually a trick to changing the tumbler easily, you just have to find it - and sometimes it takes slightly special tools like a pin punch and a small ball-peen hammer...
Press out a lock pin in the side of the cylinder, insert the old key and turn counter clockwise and the old cylinder pops right out. (Unless it was drilled...) Squirt in some Lock Lube. Insert the new tumbler on the new key, put it back lock body, turn to the Off position and replace the pin. Or similar.
