I walked through the shop one time, and the machinist(?) was sitting on the floor trying to put a 3/4 bolt into a hole that was smaller than the bolt. I didn't even bend over or take out a tape measure or anything. I just said ,"that hole is only 11/16."
Yeah, sure the shop was dark and the numbers on drill bits are hard to read, but come on! Can't you tell 11/16 from 13/16 from six feet away? BTW, he argued with me.
