Slipped in mud off the break, core-sampled about 3 inches. I unscrewed my front half, shoved it in a pocket, and continued the game with an Illusion that now sounded like a Sterling. Dropped one on a guy's pack as he slid into the snake, took the snake, and ghostballed another guy, then finished off two more. All with half a barrel.
The first guy was an acquaintance of mine, and none too happy. I spent the day showing him and his pre-ordered Victory up with my bone-stock Illusion, and the refs did most of my trash-talking for me. We ceased to be friends that day... |
