Imron's a catalyzed Polyurethane product, and if it sets up in your lungs, you'll never get rid of it. No joke- this stuff will ruin your day, your health and your life if you don't respect it.
(used to work in a paint shop, applying, and then in a paint store, mixing Imron.)
However, Imron is still available, still in production, a bit expensive, but not all that rare. Aircraft, Commercial vehicles and boats are commonly coated with it. You WILL need to convince the jobber that you're a pro to purchase Imron. . . . which is largely a function of being a regular customer who doesn't act too loopy.
