      (The following isn't directed at any one specific person, this is just a convenient launch point.)

      TWB isn't like Schlock Mercenary or Sluggy Freelance where the strip is the artist's primary income, and it's not hosted on one of the webcomic host services like Keenspot/Comic Genesis, Smack Jeeves, Drunk Duck, or the like where all of the background stuff is handled (sometimes mishandled) automagically.

      If it's so important that one particular webcomic is posted by a specific time, there's a Paypal button on the main page, likewise a link to the TWB store. Use them, and until they become enough for Doc N to do TWB full time stop crying about how a freebie webcomic isn't playing by your personal schedule.
