Thermal lenses (I think mine are the dual-pane style), and you can add a fan, which I did. Never had an issue ever with fogging, not with the fan on. Once in a rare while they'll fog without the fan on, but as soon as I turn it on, its gone.
Plus they wrap around your entire head and have a chinstrap, which, as a new player, will keep you more protected (cuz even getting shot in the back of the head still hurts), and keep you from accidentally taking them off right after you get shot (or keep them from falling off if you dive or something).
These are my main set of goggles, and my backup set if a friend wants to play with me.
The one caveat is that they run on the small side, so you might want to try them on first. Mine fit, but just barely, but I have kind of a large head.
