Did you shoot it all by hand, or set the camera up for an every 10/30 seconds for some of those?
I'd have to do it semi-auto and a IR Remote Clicker, or it would drive me nuts. Just throw out the shots that you know have an arm in the way and take a manual shot to replace it.
And if you skip a whole sequence it might be REAL hard to fix in Post.
