as far as I know; you can still post to / sell to the buyer. It just won't give you the option for international shipping.
I usually message the sellers and what not. being out in Canada. I have to do that for like 99% of the listings anyways.
However, paintball o-rings and stuff have the same issue. Makes it hard to buy those awesoem 300 pc general o-ring sets.
