If the blades reguarly breaks before being worn out I think you should

start with checking your cutting data (speed, pressure, feed, tension...), your supplier should be able to give you the information needed (and help with adjustments for your specific needs).
Or change blade type/manufactor to a higher quality (cheap blades tend to be the most expensive ones in the long run).
