When obtaining your records, also get the labs they did for you awhile back before pregnancy.
Write about your feelings - at the time of your TL, what was told to you as to the risks, how you felt,
What happened after your TL, recent, (pill, etc...)
How you feel now learing the information presented here, How your husband feels, etc...
How you learned about PTS - Some doc recently told your mom? etc, etc, etc,...
The number one issue right now is you and your health.
