1st - think this through
1. get a copy of the "work up" that was done. What excatly was done? what WASN'T done???
2. Will this doctor document your lap for you? Will he provide you with photo's of your ovaries, uterus, etc... and what they look like? Will he take a biospy of the ovaries to deterime if they are athropic???
Even if the doctor says yes, when signing the consent you MUST write on the consent that you consent to the surgery only if the doctor does these things....
3. Is he going to have you sign a consent stating "hysterectomy" if he deems it necessary?
4. Will this doctor allow you to have a support person in the or with you?
5. Were you properly hormone tested before the Depo?
Get copies of ALL your records, going back before the your TL.
