Phatom Pregnancy symptoms

We have discussed this at the old forum.
Many women have reported feeling prgenant.
Some women have also reported "flutterings" or soft kick sensations. Since they are not pregnant what could cause this phyical sensation of the flutterings? Nevres dying?
