No Pain
by
I have had no pain or irregularites in my actual period. Until now, I had a two and a half day period. I have never had more or less than 5 days of medium flow. I always get a bad back ache and really tired right before, but now along with the depression I am having I am having trouble getting thru a day. The depression happened one other time to me, right after my last son was born. I went on high doses of antidepressants and realized (by looking back at my journal) that I did not get any better until I went back on birth control pills. Within two months I felt like a human being again. I have also read numerous articles stating that they are starting to recognize PTS and are thinking that if the blood flow and ovaries were not damaged that going off birth control pills will cause a hormone imbalance and they are trying to get women to go off b.c. pills for several months before the surgery so they can pin point any problems you may encounter afterwords. I also ordered those tapes and they are wonderful. It seems to me that I am going into perimenopause. I am still having hot flashes and fatigue, and I sweat all the time.
