natural progestrone cream

Dear Susan,
It has been awhile since I posted any messages. I've been using natural progestrone twice a day for three months. It seems to have regulated my periods and they aren't so heavy any more.
How can I tell if I'm taking to much progestrone? Can this cause cancer like estrogen dominance is known to do? my period has not started this month (JULY). How can I tell if I'm in menopause or if I'm taking to much progestrone? Please respond.
