No referral is required what-so-ever. Just go to the yellow pages and look under laboratories. If you get blood work done there is no time restrictions that I'm aware of. I saw a pharmacist who works with ZRT Laboratories. What I did was take a saliva test and you get the kit for free and the test results for 5 hormones costs 150.00. Not bad! You do have to take the saliva test 19-21 days after the first day of your last period. Saliva tests are the most accurate from what I've been told.
