Smoking
by
Diane it has been brought to my attention by my Dr. and in the reading that I have been doing that nicotine will increase depression and anxiety. Also if I am not mistaken I read in Dr Vliet's book Screaming To Be Heard What Women Know and Doctors Still Refuse To Ignore that nicotine decreases blood flow to the ovaries. I could be wrong, I have read so much information in the last couple of months that I get even more foggy. I am in the same boat as you, I quite smoking for 2 years and have been puffing away for the last 7 months. I do notice that sometimes I almost feel normal and after smoking I feel lousy.
I also read somewhere that nicotine can bring on a hot flash. I've had that happen too. Good Luck. Denise
