After reading your story-you are definately in a worse position as your tubal was not planned nor wanted. I understand you signed a consent but under the circumstances have you considered legal representation? If so my brother is an attorney in New York-I could ask him for some legal advice (free which is nice). As I have said in prior postings this posting is good for support,people are nice etc. but there seems to be no absolute cure for the side effects after the tubal,none of us women seem to have been informed which is just not right. We are all on your side Mary-Good luck. Dee
