I switched from Prozac to Zoloft and started taking birth control pills again and I swear to you yesterday I almost felt like a human again. 15 days on zoloft and 12 days on bc pills. I feel pretty good today also. I love that book. It reminds you that you are not crazy and it is a very real physical problem.
