Frustrated

But did you have those same thoughts about your husband and children? Or were you just an emotional wreck? I guess I am feeling really guilty for thinking that I do not want to be here and thinking I do not love my husband and family. I find that most of my frustration is directed at my husband and oldest son. I do not act on it, but I think or feel like that. I guess it doesn't help that everyone I know is getting divorced right now. I feel like the whole world is going crazy or maybe that is all I see since this problem began. I just want my piece of mind back and my health. The zoloft and birth control pills have made a difference, but it has not been a month yet. I do not want to take them forever either, but I do not want to go back to what it was like before, ever again. My family and friends tell me that it is normal for frustrations to come out that way, but I need to know that it is normal or someone else has felt that same way. They say you take out your frustrations on the ones closest to you. I hope that is true to some degree. My husband and I had seperated two years ago after my last son was born and no one ever said hey you might have a hormone imbalance. Gosh my little one was only 3 months old at the time. No one even mentioned post pardum at the time. Not that that was all of it I am sure but I think it was a HUGE factor. But the last two years have been great until I got my TL and went off birth control pills. Thanks for listening and getting back to me. I appreciate it and I am glad you are feeling the effects of the Sarafem. Every little bit helps.
