Hi Denise!
Don't feel like you are alone! I feel so sorry for my husband and children when I get like that. I am married to a wonderful man, who thankfully has read up on PTLS and is very understanding. I one time got so riled up that I started packing my stuff to walk out. I am really glad that my husband wouldn't let me. It's hard when you love your family and still feel like you can't be around them. There has been times when I have locked myself in the bathroom to keep from losing it completly with my family. You are not crazy! You are in the right site for a little understanding. Hang in there!
