Dr.Hufangel is NOT a licensed doctor. It was revoked in 1989.The medical board said Dr.H's conduct constituted gross negligence. I knew this when I contacted her but having read her material,books,web site etc. I thought it was a good avenue to follow. The real frustration came when I wouldn't go to Mexico and jump into surgery, and she wouldn't get her big $$ that it became hard to get a hold of her,or get other options from her. I finally convinced her to try hormones first...and she wouldn't cooperate with my doctors. Then there is a very eye opening article in People magazine 5-6-02. She would treat people and when things went wrong she blamed the patient. She probably has the knowlege to help us (with hormones) but is too tied up in the politcal BS and her own personal problems.
