Terrific news! Your on the right track. I have posted and expressed the same statements you made. It's terribly important to remember that lab ranges are just that RANGES...just because you fall into the "range" doesn't mean your hormone levels are right for you. My lab tests do fall into the normal range but they are too low for me. I am on bio-identical estrogen and progesterone. We are still adjusting dosages, it can be a slow process be patient. It does work. Your advice about walking , eating right and avoiding alcohol are also "on the money". Lots of little factors add up to making us feel good again. I must say I'm am concerned about the women who say they are taking sarafem and drinking. Sarafem is simply another name for prozac..an antidepressant. Their doctors should have told them to avoid alcohol..antidepressants and alcohol don't mix.Anyhow, good luck to you.
