Re: One more thing...

by Jamie

I had a tubal two and a half years ago, I didn't notice anything until October of last year. I had horrible dizzy spells at first, then came the moodiness, rage, anxiety, headaches, loss of libido, forgetfulness, and hair loss. I saw approximately 8 doctors and a few specialists. I was told I had labyrinthitis, then an ear infection, back to labyrinthitis, depression, and a neurologist told me I was a likely candidate for M.S. and I had an M.R.I. done, when it came out clear she said I "probably" had a rare form of migraine. Anyway, on a hunch I looked up tubal ligation on my computer and found this site. I had remembered my daughter's auditory intergrator (that's a whole 'nother website) telling me how she had a hysterectomy when she was 30 and was never given hormones until 20 years later and it saved her life. So, after not seeing or talking to this woman in 2 years, I call her out of the blue and asked her how she got to that point. She gave me Robin "the pharmacists" number and wished me luck. 3 months later, here I am!
Now, I have to say that yesterday and today I have been getting the nasty feelings back, it's only because you only take progesterone in your luetial phase, days 12-28 of your cycle, and I am on day 11 as of today and start my rounds again tomorrow and all will be well again! Hell, I can deal with a few bad days as opposed to 24 days out of the month! Robin said that even these few days of crappiness will go away most likely after my third round of meds.
I hope this helps you all and gives you a glimmer,

Jamie!
