A solution

I just felt I had to post my story. I had a tubal 6 years ago after the birth of my 3rd son. I have suffered off and on since then with all the symptoms that most women here suffered. Depression, mood swings, low libido, no patience with my children, you name it I felt it. After many, many visits to doctors and even alternatives, I tried every supplement on the market and even juiced regularly to try to ward off these horrible depression episodes. Well, I found a book called "When your body gets the blues" Basically this book says that no matter what the reason ie. hormonal, whatever, if you excercise and get 20 minutes of sunlight a day, there would be no more mental problems. It is as simple as that it states. The book went on the shelf because I was like "I don't have time for that". Well about 6 months ago, out of nowhere I had an anxiety attack (totally hormonally related) and I said this is the last straw. I must get myself to exercise every day and if this doesn't work, I will have to result to medication. I gave myself 30 days of 20 minutes a day of jumping on a mini trampoline (you can also walk) to see how I felt. DId not miss one day of this excercise. Well, ladies, improvement is not the word. I feel so normal I can't even tell you. No cramping, more even tempered, no mood swings. It is the answer to my problems. It is so simple!!!!I have 3 small children and I wake up 1/2 hour early to do it and I have felt like I did 7 years ago. I don't want to rattle, but I think all of you should consider this book or at least try walking 20 minutes a day without fail. Give yourself 30 days and see if the improvement is as good as mine. This is free and I am a member here which means I have been looking for answers too. It has had a major positive impact on my life and the book explains how it is not the hormones or lack of that we respond to, it is the shift that takes place in our bodies that make us feel like sh**. If you have any questions, you can email me but it is really basic and free. Good luck to you all....if I help just one of you, I feel I have done something.
