PTS, some symptoms start 'later' ??

Can certain symptoms start later down the road after a tubal ligation?
For example, I have found the headaches and bleeding to be problems from the time my tubes were tied (almost 5 years ago) however, it is just within the past several months that other things are coming up with my memory, concentration and just generally feeling that something isn't right with me.
Just today I had a visit to the neurologist for some of the symptoms thinking that I may have MS...however my neurologist wants to push me down 'depression' road when I know I am not depressed (been there done that lol).
I'm actually wierded out that I found this site, and then looked at the symptoms and found myself checking off MANY more than 10.
