Herbal Remedies

Dear Amy,
One of the Herbal Remedies that I have tried is Progestrone creme. In shere desperation, I went to the local health food store and asked for help. I apply the progestrone cream twice daily. I have such heavy periods, that I only stop the progestrone creme for five days instead of the recommended seven. Otherwise, my period starts a second time.........and to put it mildly it isen't much fun! LOL!
I also take vitimin B6 and folic acid. Recent posts also recomend just plain old sunlight and exercise.
