Time of tubal ligation

I don't have the stats in front of me, - there may be a place to look them up -
How many women have tubal ligation at the time of a birth, and how many women have a tubal ligation at an indepentant time of a birth?
By talking with thousands of women, and learning about their experiences, the majorty had their tubal at the time of a birth.
Doctors put pressure to have it done then. Their thinking may be if the woman goes home, she may not come back for a tubal later on her own... or that the next time they see her she'll be pregnat again.
I've herd many horror stories from women who never dicussed tubal until they were on the table having a c-section or far along in labor. Consent when women are in labor, or on an operating table is not true consent, as the woman at that time is under diress.
