Do you think that when a tubal is done affects how bad the PTS symptoms are later?

I have talked to several women that have had tubal ligations. The majority of the women that I have talked to that have had the worse problems had it done immediately after the birth of a child or during a C-section. Isn't it possible that these women's bodies(as well as my own) have never recovered from the changing horemones of pregnancy?
