I am so sorry, I haven't visited this site in a really long time. I got a saliva test from ZRT laboratories, you can order it on line for free or some pharmacies will just give it to you and you don't pay until you send the test to the lab. Then when I got my results back I showed it to my compounding pharmacist and she faxed the info to my gynecologist and got the prescription written for Natural progesterone. Saved my life. She also put me on vitamin supplements and an exercise program. I am on exactly how much progesterone I need, not one size fits all....I highly recommend the saliva test.
