What should be my next step?

Hi! I had a tubal 2 years ago after my son was born via c-section. Since then I have been having many of the symptoms that seem to be a part of PTS: heavy periods, bleeding between periods, clotting, intense headaches, intense cramping, nonexistent libido, inability to achieve orgasm (which was never an issue before the tubal), vaginal dryness, night sweats, moodiness, trouble sleeping. I found your site in January and took some printed pages to my obgyn. She said she thought it was "a lot of hooey" (her words, not mine!). She figured my hormones were out of whack and put me on the pill. Was on the pill for 3 months, and that only slightly lightened my periods and lessened the severity of the cramping. SHe switched me to the patch, and i am on my second month of that. Well, the bleeding between periods never stopped, so we did a sono to look for cyts, found none. Last week i had a D & C to remove possible polyps...but there were none! I went yesterday for my post op appt, and she told me that my uterine lining was atrophic. Also, my bloodwork showed that my estrogen was less than 10 (which as i am sure you know is in the post-menopausal range). I am 32!!!! I am not supposed to be in post menopause! My free testosterone was also in the abnormally low range. She wants to give the patch 2 more months and then retest my levels to see if they go up at all on their own. If not, she wants to do HRT. I am soooooo frustrated right now! I dont know what to do. SHould i get a 2nd opnion? Try to find a doctor that believes there is such a thing as PTS? would getting my tubal reversed help at all? I broke down sobbing last night after sex because my body is so screwed up. Any advice?
