I have also experienced alot of chronic sinus problems and bronchitis.I have also had migraines, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, loss of libido, depression, mood swings, and an ectopic pregnancy.Just recently I stumbled across this website looking for some possibe answers to why I feel so terrible all of the time. I had my tubal 2.5 years ago and I have been having problems ever since.I am like you, not sure what to do next, or if I can ever trust a doctor again. However, I contacted a lawyer this week to discuss if there is anything that can be done about all of this.I never signed a consent form before my tubal and I was not given any informed consent. They ae supposed to notify me within the next few days to let me know if they think I have a case.
As for the hope that you are asking for, do not give up. If you need someone to talk to, feel free to email me, I usually check my emails everyday.
