I am so sorry that you have had to go through all of this. It is absolutely infuriating that doctors just allow these symptoms to go on without caring about them at all! I too have been having similar problems since my tubal 2 years ago (heavy bleeding, major cramping, headaches, night sweats, low libido, inability to achieve orgasm...and the list goes on!). The only thing I can suggest is having your hormone levels checked. Mine were checked and i am in the post menopausal range at the age of 32. I am considering going to try and find a reproductive endocrinologist to see if they can help me at all. I cant remember if it was on this site or another that listed all the different hormones that can be disrupted by a tubal. So I want to see a hormone specialist to see if they can get my body back to normal again! You definitely need another opinion with that "object" showing up in your xray. Good Luck!
