It has really disappointed me too! I have looked back to the past forums and it seems like everyone has given up on posting and no one is ever in the chat room. I too was hoping to get some advise or at least talk with someone else who is going through the same.I try to check in at least every other day to see if there are any new posts, but I am disappointed I had to pay money for this.
