Where/who do we go to?

How do we find someone to believe us? I can't go from doctor to doctor explaining my whole sexual history hoping to find one that understand what may be happening to my body. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of medical professionals jumping on the PTS band wagon. I don't want to sound bitter, but I'm frustrated and also feel abandoned by a doctor that I trusted and have seen for over half of my life. I need some help.
