Hello. I had my TL after the c-section birth of my 3rd daughter. I started having PTLS symptoms by the time she was about 6mths old, but i immediately regretted having the TL from the time i was wheeled out of the OR. to make a long story short, besides having the problems with the TL i ended up remarrying to a man that didnt have any biological kids and we decided to have my tubal reversed both for my health and in the slight chance i might actually have another baby some day. I had the reversal in march of '02 and since then my PTLS symptoms have all either went away or at least gotten tollerable. Unfortunately, i havent gotten pregnant yet but i did have the HSG dye test and found out my tubes are open and unblocked so maybe eventually someday i will have another child. The only lasting effects i have from the TL(and is probably the explanation for my infertility) is that so much of my tubes were damaged from the TL that i now only have 3.5 cm on my right side and 4 cm of tube on my left side.
So thats the short version of my story. I look forward to meeting new people and helping in any way that i can.
